Executive Director

Childcare experience spanning over 15 years.
capable of establishing and keeping settings well-organized.
Excellent interpersonal abilities; competent to establish trust with children as well as adults.
Expertise in establishing and implementing structured childcare programs.
Effective to interact with parents, able to deal with concerns promoting involvement from parents.
Experienced in addressing the unique needs of children from a variety of backgrounds.
Focused to continuous education and maintaining up with the most recent developments in child care practices.

Program Director

Over 20 years of Childcare experience with Master's in Child Development.
Child Development and Educator certification for Alberta.
Honored to receive the Appreciation Excellent Volunteer Services Award from Premier Jason Kenney between 2017 and 2019.
Naila is believing in the power of early learning, and strive to inspire children to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams and goals.
